The nights are beginning to draw in at this time of year but don’t fret, the warm weather is here to stay for a few more weeks!  With lots of events happening in Bournemouth this September there is ample opportunity to make the most of the lovely weather before Autumn sets in.

 

FANCY A TIPPLE?

 

If you are a fan of Gin or Rum look no further. Bournemouth Pavillion theatre will play host to the UK’s largest Gin & Rum Festival tour on 6th September. You can explore the themed bars where you will find over 60 different Gins and 60 different Rums. You will even be given a free satchel bag including a gin & rum festival compa glass!

Don’t forget to bring your dancing shoes! With an award-winning DJ and live music to keep you entertained you will certainly need them.

FEEL THE LOVE

 

September 22nd marks the return of the World of Love festival to Bournemouth.  Head to Kings Park with your children to enjoy the family language festival.  This unique celebration of languages and diversity puts on fun language games, children’s activities, performance artists from more than 20 cultural backgrounds and not to forget the amazing international food stalls.  With free entry, this festival aims to inspire children to learn languages and understand people from other cultures.

 

 

ARTS BY THE SEA

 

This annual multi-artform festival takes place in various venues and outdoor spaces in Bournemouth. Get ready for days of outdoor performance, digital art, film, spoken word, music and more.  From 27th – 29th September you can enjoy events such as A large scale light installation of 120 coloured street lights along Bournemouth beach, A wired aerial theatre at Bournemouths Middle gardens and magic, science and hypnosis show projected onto Bournemouths Town hall which will take you back to the Victorian era.
